Today we welcome Daniele D'Alvia, the CEO and Founder of SPAC’s Consultancy - the global expert on special purpose acquisition companies. Since 2014, Daniele has been publishing papers and editorial pieces on the topic. He authored Mergers, Acquisitions, and International Financial Regulation, the first book on SPACs. Additionally, he is also a teaching fellow at Queen Mary University of London.
